I would like to let all of you know that I have enjoyed every minute of the last 16 years, and I wish all of you the best of luck for the future. Jack is officially retiring, and we are going to be closing down Tournament Games. The tournaments will continue to be open for 2 weeks. During that time, you are more than welcome to continue playing off any remaining credits you may have in your account. In approximately 30 days, we will be completely offline. As of today, players will not be allowed to purchase credits to play in the tournaments. We will be mailing out checks for all players with a remaining balance over the next month.
By September 15th, please follow the steps below in order to make sure that you receive your refund check for the remainder of your balance.

-Make sure your address and phone number listed on your account are correct.

-If the amount you will be receiving combined with the amount you have already been sent for the 2014 year exceeds $599.99, you must have your social security number listed on your account for tax reporting purposes.

-Once your information is correct, you may request the amount from your cash balance by putting in a cashout request.

-If you have credits in your promo credit balance, you can put in a request to cashout those credits as well by emailing debra@tournamentgames.com.
